Help with booking
Ready to book? Our holiday advisors are at your service. We’ll talk you through all your options - and get you the best deals on ferry, or help with flights and car hire. Special requests?
Talk to us, we’ll do our best to accommodate them. And talking of accommodation, we’ll make sure we get you the holiday home that’s right for your party.
Our job is simple: to make sure you book the holiday that you’ve set your heart on. Trust us.
After booking
Our holiday advisors can help make any amendments you need, but you can also make changes to your holiday yourself.
Head to My Eurocamp - your own personal holiday hub. Here, you can make payments and add holiday extras such as linen, if you've not already. You can also change your dates, your parc or your accommodation type.
It's your holiday. You're always in control. But if you need help, we're here.
Before you go
Our holiday advisors can make sure you’ve got everything you need to know before you go. Travel times, booking references, holiday documentation - even any last minute changes, we’re here to help with all of it.
What if your situation’s changed and you’re thinking about cancelling your holiday? Talk to us. We may be able to assist with changing dates, destination or duration.
If you still need to cancel, please complete our short cancellation form and we’ll process this for you.
When you're on holiday
On parc, you’ll find that our expert Holiday Reps are just as brilliant. They’re there for you, to help you get the most out of your stay, on parc and in the local area.
They’ll help answer any questions, deal with any problems you need to report and can also assist if you’re looking to make a change to your holiday. They know the local area.

When you get home from your holiday
Want to tell us how it was for you? If you want to leave some feedback, have a suggestion for how to make things better, or have a complaint, we’re here for you.
You can tell us all the details on this short form. Alternatively, please email our holiday advisors at: customer.relations@eurocamp.co.uk. We work within ABTA's Code of Conduct guidelines and will respond to your complaint within 28 days.
Think you’ve left something behind? You can fill out our Lost Property Form and we’ll do our best to reunite you with your belongings if we can find them.
