Local area
On the northwestern tip of the Croatian coastline, Valkanela is just a 30-minute walk from the 2,000-year-old fishing village, Vrsar. Its white buildings, red rooftops and emerald green waters are a delight to see, and there’s a busy marina where you can take a boat trip along the Lim Channel. Closer to home in the same bay as the parc, there’s plenty of opportunities to enjoy water activities, including jet skiing and even snorkelling, to check out the local marine life.
