This small, tranquil parc doesn’t just have a friendly atmosphere; it’s friendly to the environment too and has won a host of awards for its green behaviour.
On parc at Château La Forêt you’ll enjoy modern facilities, such as the domed pool and waterslides, alongside an authentic French atmosphere, with the lovely old village of Saint-Julien-des-Landes nearby. Spend the afternoon relaxing on your shaded pitch, try a spot of tennis or have a go windsurfing or dinghy sailing on the lake nearby.
Neighbouring Le Grand Défi leisure park is home to an incredible treetop adventure course, which is guaranteed to keep the kids occupied for hours (charges apply). Occasional evening entertainment is provided by the animation team throughout July and August, and there is a French restaurant and takeaway on parc too.

Located in the outbuildings of a 19th century castle, the inn at the Château la Forêt campsite offers à la carte dishes, as well as set menus. Its take-away service offers pizzas, paninis, burgers, and fries. Sheltered from the sun by a pergola, you can enjoy quality cuisine within an enchanting setting. There’s also a snack and ice cream parlour bar for light lunches. A friendly spot to regroup in as evening falls is la Forêt bar. From its large terrace, you are invited to attend shows, concerts, and themed parties.
