Gallipoli
Discover this island city in south east Italy
Gallipoli, on the western coast of Puglia's Salento peninsula, is a city of contrasts. The modern half sits alongside a beautiful historical part - and they're separated by water! It's no surprise we love the charming old town that’s located on its own tiny island connected to the mainland by a 17th century bridge.
Lose yourself in the pretty streets and quaint alleyways and indulge in some deliciously fresh seafood. Surrounded by the sea on all sides, you’re never far from a terrific beach and you can’t miss the stunning sunsets - this area’s well known for them.
